I have only used it twice so I will review again after more use but I DEFINITELY see far less mosquitoes in my yard. We live in the city, house beside us has all kinds of junk stored in the back yard that collects ,holds water so there are lots of mosquitoes. Areas in my yard where I typically see more mosquitoes like under a lean to shed where I store my mowers, I only see one now and then. So I am saying it works to keep them away from your yard. It does not bother carpenter ants, I spray it on them and they run off.
